LeadershipLeadership for Beyond the Boundaries includes a Board of Directors and Executive Director Jill Grossman. A team of professional program and fundraising managers will also be recruited to develop and grow the club. Funding sources include private donations, grants, sponsorships and membership dues. |

Jeremy GrossmanJeremy oversees the leasing activity and assists in all development capacities for Grossman Development Group (GDG), with over 20 years of experience in urban and suburban retail and mixed-use master planning, leasing and development of commercial real estate. Prior to joining GDG, Jeremy was a Partner at CBRE-New England, specializing in both agency and retail/restaurant representation of high-profile clients throughout the country. His experience directing leasing activity on the ownership side with Federal Realty Investment Trust and Samuels & Associates resulted in vast regional, national and international retail relationships. Jeremy serves on several nonprofit boards in the Greater Boston area.

Randal FedorukRandy has been practicing as a pediatric occupational therapist for over twenty years. He has experience working with infants, toddlers and school age children and he has specific expertise in working with medically complex or medically fragile infants and toddlers and graduates from the NICU. Drawing upon his extensive knowledge base and experience, Randy has conducted numerous evaluations in early intervention programs across three states as well as school based evaluations across several school districts. Randy provides intervention plans for children who have autism spectrum disorder and he creates sensory diets that can be incorporated into the children and family's daily routines. An experienced mentor and teacher, Randy has lectured at national and international conferences. Randy has been an adjunct professor at Dominican College and Quinnipiac University and an Assistant Professor of Occupational therapy at
University of Hartford and he has taught courses in neuroscience, splinting, assistive technology, theory or frames of reference, advanced practice skills and pediatrics. Currently he is the Program Director and an associate professor of occupational therapy at NEIT and he owns and operates a small private occupational therapy practice – Sensation Station Guilford Inc. |
Jamie Draper
Jamie is responsible for tax planning and preparation, and consulting on federal and state compliance statutes. In addition, he performs audits, reviews, and compilations of closely held business and not-for-profit organizations. Various industry experiences include construction, professional service firms, retail, real estate investors and non-for-profit organizations. Jamie received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a Minor in Economics from University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH in 1985. Jamie is a member of the AICPA and is a fellow of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants

Sarah Escobedo HartDirector Of Development at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center – with almost 20 years combined fundraising experience within higher education, cultural institutions and academic medicine. Highly skilled in major gift, corporate and private foundation fundraising; board and volunteer engagement and management; and program development and implementation. Excellent at building relationships and connections across institutions and committed volunteers and donors. Strong background in community development, with a steadfast commitment to supporting vulnerable and underserved populations in Boston and beyond.

Rachel ChafetzRachel Chafetz is an Israeli American who came to the United States in 1994, and who has distinguished herself as an active and dedicated leader in many Jewish organizations. She is the founding Co-Chair of the Boston IAC Council, and is currently serves on the The IAC national board. Rachel is also a member of the Board of CJP (combined Jewish philanthropy), and is a board member of the Boston chapter of the FIDF. Rachel is an active member of JNF and AIPAC. She was formerly a board member of the JCC, Gann Academy, the Bureau of Jewish Education, and served as the Presedent of the board of Gateways: Access to Jewish Education. Rachel had the honor of having been chosen to be part of CJP’s cohort of ACHARAI, its premier leadership training program (2013-2014), and was the 2016 recipient of CJP’s “Chai at the Hub” award. Though Rachel’s work is in a volunteer capacity, she does hold a professional MA degree in Jewish Education from Hebrew College, as well as a Certificate in Special Education.

Steven PowerHon. Steven D. Power is an associate justice for Region 5 of the Massachusetts District Court. He was appointed to the bench by Governor Charlie Baker in 2017. Power was initially appointed associate justice of the Westborough District Court but has also presided in the Fitchburg, Marlborough, Worcester, Dudley, and Milford Districts Courts in Region 5. Power attended Williams College where he received a B.A. in history in 1993. He then completed a J.D. at the New England School of Law in 1997.

Jakob RotmanJakob is a former legislative intern at Massachusetts State House with goals of making the world a better place. As a senior political science major at UMass Lowell, his emphasis is on educational policy, disability issues, and political issues surrounding the world of professional sports (particularly football and basketball). Jakob currently has aspirations to work in the sport management industry or in a public office along with helping individuals who are on the autism spectrum find their place in the world. His current ambition is to secure a full-time job focusing on government relations at a major sports network with an emphasis on workplace diversity and cooperation with governments at the state and federal levels.
