Jamie Draper
Jamie is responsible for tax planning and preparation, and consulting on federal and state compliance statutes. In addition, he performs audits, reviews, and compilations of closely held business and not-for-profit organizations. Various industry experiences include construction, professional service firms, retail, real estate investors and non-for-profit organizations. Jamie received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a Minor in Economics from University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH in 1985. Jamie is a member of the AICPA and is a fellow of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants

Meg BelsitoMeg has been in public education for over 20 years, serving as a teacher, team chairperson for Special Education and Director of Special Education and Pupil Personnel. Currently, Meg is the Assistant Superintendent for Student Services for the Shrewsbury Public Schools. She earned her undergraduate degree from Providence College and her Master’s degree from Lesley University. Her dedication and passion in teaching, learning and instruction for all students in inclusive environments is evident as a volunteer for the Doug Flutie Foundation and the Educator Leaders Network for Special Olympics Massachusetts. Meg resides in Shrewsbury with her husband, George, and two children, Molly and Thomas.

Bobbi MartinoBobbi is a retired school nurse and served on the Board of Directors at The Arc of Greater Plymouth from 2001-2006. For many years she volunteered as the chair of the Understanding Handicaps Program for Brookline Schools. Retiring in 2017, she most recently served as Special Projects Coordinator with The Arc of Greater Plymouth’s Family Support Department. In 2011, she joined the Health Literacy Committee at the South Shore Community Partners in Prevention. Bobbi currently lives in Plymouth and has three children - the youngest of whom lives with Down's Syndrome.

Jarrod Scalzo, MSEd, BCBA, LABAJarrod began his career at the New England Center for Children, working with severely challenging students with autism in a residential setting for 5 years, first as teacher then later as a team coordinator. For the past 7 years, he has been working in the Professional Development Department preparing staff to become
teachers and supervisors, where he currently serves as the Assistant Director of the department. During his tenure at NECC, Jarrod received his Master’s degree in Education with a Massachusetts licensure in Severe Disabilities through Simmons University. After receiving his degree, Jarrod continued course sequence through Northeastern University that led to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. More recently, Jarrod obtained his Licensure in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Board of Allied Mental Health for the state of Massachusetts. Jarrod also serves as an adjunct professor through Simmons University, for a course in Applied Behavior Analysis. |
Susan O'NealSusan recently retired as the Director of Development for The Arc of Greater Plymouth. During her tenure she created and managed public information sessions and other community events about the Arc’s services for 10 towns in Plymouth County. She held fundraising activities which included traditional Gala Dinners and other non- traditional events such as Concerts and a Road Race to raise funds for services for the individuals and families we serve. Susan secured grants for Job Internships for individuals in the Arc employment program; funds for the holiday giving programs and school supplies for families. Coordinated the public relation and marketing efforts by maintaining the website, monthly newsletter, the production of 2 informational videos , donor database and frequent social media postings. Development of press contacts within the South Shore area for press releases and media presence. Prior to her 10 years working in Human Service non-profit organizations, Susan had a 25 year career as a Correctional Manager in various correctional settings in California and Massachusetts. She is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Sociology.

Randal FedorukRandy has been practicing as a pediatric occupational therapist for over twenty years. He has experience working with infants, toddlers and school age children and he has specific expertise in working with medically complex or medically fragile infants and toddlers and graduates from the NICU. Drawing upon his extensive knowledge base and experience, Randy has conducted numerous evaluations in early intervention programs across three states as well as school based evaluations across several school districts. Randy provides intervention plans for children who have autism spectrum disorder and he creates sensory diets that can be incorporated into the children and family's daily routines. An experienced mentor and teacher, Randy has lectured at national and international conferences. Randy has been an adjunct professor at Dominican College and Quinnipiac University and an Assistant Professor of Occupational therapy at University of Hartford and he has taught courses in neuroscience, splinting, assistive technology, theory or frames of reference, advanced practice skills and pediatrics. Currently he is the Program Director and an associate professor of occupational therapy at NEIT and he owns and operates a small private occupational therapy practice – Sensation Station Guilford Inc.

Brian ClarkBrian is the Director of The Family Autism Center at The Arc of South Norfolk, 1 of 7 Autism Support Centers contracted by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS). He has been in the human services/special education field for over 15 years in a variety of capacities. His experience working in group homes, as a classroom teacher, fitness instructor, Special Olympics coach, respite worker, recreation manager and now in an autism support center gives him the ability to provide a multi-dimensional perspective for individuals, families, agencies and businesses. Brian has a passion for getting people outdoors and helping families connect with their community. Career highlights include: receiving a 2017 DDS State Award for Promoting Inclusive Communities, climbing Mt. Chocura with teens with disabilities, starting an after school hiking group, leading overnight camping trips, facilitating a Culture Club to learn about diversity, presenting community awards to deserving recipients and meeting his wife while instructing her students in gym class. Brian is a member of the The Arc of MA Government Affairs Committee. He lives in Norwood with his wife Kelly and their three daughters, Brenna, Sierra & Kacie.

Tracey L. Stoll, MEd, BCSE, ACASTracey is the Founder and Executive Director of Learning Solutions, LLC; a Social-Emotional Learning Center located in Norwood, MA. As an Educational Consultant, Tracey offers more than 20 years professional experience and is professionally licensed in Special Education PreK-9/ Elementary Education 1-6. She has accomplished study in Speech Communication, Therapeutic Recreation, Masters of Education (Special Education), Board Certification in Special Education, and Advanced Certified Autism Specialist. Tracey has completed clinical training in differentiated instruction, inclusive best practice, social-emotional development and Social Thinking®. Tracey is the Creator of Social Fit (R) Program for social-emotional learners (SEL) who strive to integrate into their recreational community for increased health and overall social competency. This 3 component social learning program focuses on strengthening Body, Mind and Self through supportive social executive function instruction (S.N.A.P. Social Notes about People® templates). She has expanded her career expertise to include “PAWsitive” Animal Assisted Intervention/Education (AAI/AAE) as a therapeutic, instructional strategy to help social-emotional learners understand social communication and competencies. Tracey’s work and programs have been awarded DCF Community Partnership Award, the #1 Family Favorite Best of Boston: Boston Parents’ Paper ™; and Outstanding Early Intervention Provider Margaret L. Bauman, M.D. Award for Excellence.
